Writer, Optimist, & Facilitator of other Oxymorons

Bennie James is a psychopath. At least, that’s what everyone’s decided she is (since a rather incriminating incident in third grade). Bennie accepts how her classmates view her, even relishes in their hateful stares. She doesn’t mind being on her own, and thinks her only friend, Lacy, is more than enough company.

But when random girls start getting murdered around town, the school starts to blame Bennie. Caught between a blemished record and facing a killer, Bennie teams up with the other oddballs in school to solve the case.
