DEAD IN YELLOW

Alex tries to kill herself only to discover she cannot die. She finds herself bleeding, not to death, under the town’s tallest bridge beside Robine, who incidentally can’t die himself.

Beguiled by Alex, Robine brings her back to his apartment.  There Robine and his immortal roommates nurse her back to health and help her manage her depression. But when things are starting to look brighter, they begin to look too bright.

The sun is expanding and going to swallow the Earth. The apocalypse is here, and while none of the immortals have ever died from bodily harm, they don’t know what will happen when they don’t have an Earth to stand on.

She had a smile that wasn’t trouble’s mistress, but his wife. She had the kind of smile that sat on par with the devil himself and scolded him when he was home late.
— Dead In Yellow

With the world soon to be engulfed in flame, Alex must decide whether to fall deeper into the darkness inside her or to hold onto the light, before it takes her out too.
